1) I have a web builder that not Adobe. Can I use Adobe Fonts there?

2)  Adobe Fonts is a virtual use only while you maintain an Adobe CC account, is that correct? If so, as a designer or stadholder, such as a designer’s client, any font that’s relied upon will disappear once the Adobe account ends.

Since fonts synchronized with Adobe Fonts are recognized as a system, they can be used in applications other than Adobe.

Some Adobe Fonts are available in the free plan. Even if the contract ends, you can think that the part can be used continuously.
(Of course I do not know in the future)
