My company's workflow has our designers sending InDesign documents to an automated computer that opens the files and generates a PDF to send to clients. Is there a way (through scripting, maybe?) to automate the sync/activation of Typekit/Adobe Fonts for this? Currently the machines simply fail the files for having inactive fonts.
For performance purposes, we obviously don't want these automated computers (which each have their own licenses) to have to activate every font available in Typekit/Adobe Fonts, but rather just activate those needed for each document.
Have something to add?
