Adobe Captivate Prime Catalog Not Updating

Hi,

So I am using captivate prime to do some online training courses. Over time I have updated and replaced certain  courses but the problem is the catalog is not updating properly for my users. I have completely deleted some courses and yet they will still show up in the catalog of my users. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
