As a learner, how do I unenroll from a course I enrolled myself in

Hello,

I'm creating a proof of concept for a customer in adobe learning manager. As a learner I enrolled myself in a bunch of courses and now I need to clean up the My Learning List. I only want to display the courses from my customer's product. How do I do this? I don't see a way for the Learner to unenroll, neither from the Administrator perspective. If it helps, the learner self enrolled in courses from the catalog. Thanks!

Hi @marileeo ,

Thanks for reaching out.

During the course creation, if the author has enabled the setting,  permitting the learner to unenroll themselves, then the learner should be able to unenroll themselves.

But the administrator always has permission to unenroll a learner from training when they are in the "started" or "in progress" state. Once a learner has completed the training he cannot be unenrolled from the course even by the admin.

Hope that helps. Please reach out to us at learningmanagersupport@adobe.com in case of any questions.

Best Regards,

Madonna James
