Course: Heath and Safety orientation for CWs https://learningmanager.adobe.com/app/learner?accountId=29997#/course/1377549
Issue: Inability to complete the 1min task, which is important as it is a safety mechanism, due to OKTA push signal not being processed properly by the course in the learning library.
___
Morning,
The above linked couse has two parts. The second part is a one minute registration task that requires OKTA verification. This task has a broken workflow.
The push signal goes to the OKTA app, is confirmed in the app and shows as green status as being complete, but is never recieved/processed in the Learning Library/course screen. The use of an OKTA code does not work as an alternative either (even though the screen shows this as an alternative option).
Focusing on the objective of the course: Having mandatory training speaking to the importance of HAS with a practical 1min registration task to reiterate this message is positive. However, the intent is then undermined when the incomplete task can be marked as "complete" and it is not possible to "complete" it even with multiple attempts on different days.
Sharing this feedback in the hope that it will assist better land the message and intent of the training (increasing HAS) through a fix of this issue.
Thanks and kind regards,
Kelly

Thank you for contacting Adobe Learning Manager Team.
I can check that this is an "activity module" and once the OKTA registration is done, you need to manually click "mark as complete".
Here is what should be there on the screen.
1. Clicking on the link "Go to Activity URL" will take you to the OKTA registration page on a new browser tab.
2. Once the registration is done, you need to click on "mark as completed" manually to mark this module as complete.
I hope this helps.

Hi @Debiprasad Maharana, thanks for coming back to me. That screen is the issue, when I complete step (1), OKTA does not authenticate. I can therefore not move onto step (2).
