CAN NOT get these videos to play

I am trying to learn but adobe won't let me lol. I can not get any of the GenStudio videos here to play: https://cpcontents.adobe.com/public/newlearner/newlearner_a21243a7.html?i_qp_user_id=26920064&accoun...

Goes to black screen, like it's going to play, but it just has the loading icon spinning. Nothing actually plays. Tried this with multiple ones (videos) and on different machines/screens...still nothing.
Any advice?
