Can you change the order courses appear for the learner

How will the items be viewed by the learner on their homepage? Once you have uploaded content can you change the order that they appear for the learner or do we need to take this into consideration as we upload multiple pieces the order in which they are to appear.

Which interface are you using for your learners? Classic? Or Immersive Learner? The courses show up based upon several factors (courses started by the learner, courses assigned to the learner by an administrator or manager, or those suggested using Adobe Sensei). Typically, the Administrator cannot control how these appear, unless you're using the headless LMS, where you lay out exactly what you'd want learners to see on a webpage and embed Captivate Prime's fluidic player.

If you'd like to help your learners focus on specific learning paths, be sure to leverage the following:

1. Structured Catalogs - Be sure the right content is in the right catalogs

2. Tag your courses with the skills that learners need

3. User Groups - Add users to the correct user groups. Then, user groups are aligned to catalogs. 

4. Use the Administrator enrollment feature to enroll learners into courses you'd like for them to take. Also, you can share the direct link to any course with a learner through email or on your company messaging platform.

5. Use Learning Paths to build out a full experience for your learners, by role. This is a very valuable feature.
