Deep linking to courses or tags or skills?

I'd like to deep link to course and even modules from external sources.  However, I noticed the 'Copy URL' feature is only specific to my account.  I wish to include deep links on other online resources, and allow a learner to jump directly to a training course.  Is there a URL structure for this use case?

For tags or skills, if there's no built-in structure, consider custom solutions or unique identifiers mapped to user-friendly URLs.
