English (UK) Interface

Is it possible to change the language of the interface to English (UK)? 

e.g. Catalog -> Catalogue, Enroll -> Enrol

 

I can see that it's not listed as a supported language but I'm curious if anyone else has had this issue and how they tried working around it.
