enrolling teams or profiles on a course

Enrolling learners on a course.

If I enrol a Team or a user Profile will learners who join that team or change to the user profile in the future be enrolled automatically.

I cannot use a Learning Plan for this course as I have to enrol teams/profiles but exclude a custom role.

Hi Scott,

Thank you for contacting Adobe Captivate Prime. 

I am afraid the method you described only enroll the current users in that group. Future users have to enrolled manually using the same way. 

Learning Plans are the only ways to get the enrollment automated in Prime. But you need a feature to exclude a group in Learning Plan to complete your task. 

I will raise a feature request for our prodcut team to review this request and add this feature in Prime if possible.

Adding the capability to exclude cohorts from enrolment on a Learning Plan would be a great benefit to us and improve the efficiency of Prime enrolments.
