Exporting Module List

Hi Everyone, I just started as a instructional designer at a company that has pre-existing courses in their Prime account. I'm simply trying to make a list of every module they have without clicking through each course and then copying and pasting.

Is there an easy way to export the list of module titles either that is contained by each course or the entire prime account?

Hi @juliaw79849799 , there are a couple of things that I would suggest you could do.

1. You can run a dashboard report on all of the courses in each of your catalogs. You can set a custom date to make sure that you capture all of of the content. When you see the report, you will see all of the courses and modules.

2. you can also do an audit trail report. This could help you uncover all of your modules as well.

I hope one of these work for you. I'm curious to know what your next steps are? What is prompting you to look for all of your modules?

I always suggest that there be a "contest tracker" or "manifest" of all of the courses and content before it is loaded into the learning management system. Such a repository comes in handy during times like these. If you would like to collaborate more on this idea, definitely let me know.
