Hi all,
I'm getting used to Adobe Captivate Prime and already got some answers on the community.
There are a few things I cannot find around managing elearning for customers using external profiles.
My situation will be that each customer will get an external user group with one owner (from customer side) to manage people who should do training from their side. We do not want to manage this.
Questions are:
In general any advise or links to pages I've missed that explain (automated) user management/maintenance on higher number of external profiles (customers/partners) is welcome.

Hi,
Have you considered setting up peer accunts for your users if you have so many? A peer account would have its own domain name, whatever branding you require it to have, shared or private catalogs, its own admin etc. However, you would control how many seats it has and you can also ensure that all reports generated within the peer accounts are sent to you. Bringing users into a peer account would be done the same way you do in your main account - usually by CSV.
