New to Adobe Captivate Prime. So, there has been a good deal of trial and error in starting our LMS journey as an organization.
My team and I created a test external user account to see what the options were for managing our 17 external user groups. However, I don't see a way to delete the test user now that we are up and running. Is pausing the account the only solution?
With our external users, the email for who is responsible for that partner organization may change. What is the best way to edit the email associated with the external registration profile?

Hello all, I have the same question. With dozens of external groups from the last training season, I would like to clear them and create new ones for this year. Is it possible to clean the list somehow?
And... my colleague made a typo when entering the manager's e-mail. I don't know how to correct it. Just by creating a new group?
It's all mess then.
Does anybody have an idea?

Thank you for sharing the details with us.
We cannot delete external user profiles once they are created. This is as designed. We use those group information in multiple reports, and deleting those profiles can affect the reports later.
We can edit the external profiles, disable them, and manually modify the users' emails.
I have attached a recording showing all the editing we can do on the External user profile.
