How can I change a user's name?

A user's name got misspelled on a bulk import and I can not see a way to change the spelling of their name. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Hi There,

Greetings...!

If you have imported users via CSV in Prime then you need to change the user name (fix) in CSV and re-import the complete CSV again to Prime and it will fix the misspell.

Regards,

Mayank

This doesn't work. I've uploaded a corrected CSV file five times. Every time I go back to the Users, the names are still wrong. It says the CSV file successfully uploaded. I receive the email that it was done correctly. Why won't it fix the names?????
