How can quiz answers be formatted so the height of the text and gaps between the answers are the same? I need to be able to format answers like this in order to add on the “shuffle answers” option.

To do the format settings you need to do it within the authoring tool you have used to create the course. Like, If you are using Adobe Captivate then you can do the format settings and shuffle answers using Captivate and then upload it to Prime.
