I am having this issue where my users cannot enroll in an instance of a course that they have already completed. A lot of times, I create instances for various classes that I hold at my institution. However, a lot of people like to enroll and retake courses as refreshers so that their learning can stick. Do I need to duplicate the course and retire an old one or is there a way that people that have completed an instance of a course can retake a completed course?
Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Joseph,
Thank you for contacting Adobe Captivate Prime Team.
We can not re-enrol a user in the same course if the user has completed if in the past.
If you have a Course/Learning Program that the users need to retake after a certain time period, it's better to use "Certifications". We have "Recurring" Certifications that the user can retake after some time. Here we can add the users and the certification would renew after a certain time period.
Please navigate to Certifications in Prime and give it a try. Or else you can create a duplicate/new course and re-enrol the users there as well.
Kindly let me know if any further assistance is required.
Hope to hear from you soon.
