I have Captivate Prime on my phone (Sam 8). How do I license it? When it opens it asks for email. I use the email connected to my Adobe account and the application fails. Any ideas?

When I login, this forum reflects as Captivate Prime forum and not Captivate.
Is there another forum on Prime?

The original question was posted in the Captivate forum, since it didn't talk about Captivate but about Prime I moved it immediately. Thought this would help you but apparently you didn't like it.

Originally it was posted in the CAPTIVATE, not in CAPTIVATE PRIME. That happens with all questions posted in the eLearning community, they all end up in the Captivate forum. Since I am a moderator I try to move them to the appropriate forum.
