Hi there,
Our users are enrolled in learning programs via learning plans but they don't show up under Learners under the courses or the learning program they are enrolled in. Does anyone else have this issue and if so, how were you able to solve for it?
I am trying to mark completions for some users and doing it under the course or learning program seems to be the only way to do so.
Thank you.

Not sure if this will help you but... When I go into the learning program and select learners, the default is to show the "default" instance. If you go to the instance drop down, you should get a choice to select those assigned by the learning plan. Once you do that, the learners show.

Hi Heather,
Thank you for contacting Adobe Captivate Prime Team.
The Learners page shows the enrollment to the "Default" instance when you go to this page.
You can change instance using the drop-down option to show you the enrollment of the desired instance and perform further action. This is an as-designed behavior.
Kindly let me know if any further assistance is required.

Hi Emiiyaseyi,
Are the learners enrolled in the courses through a higher LO, i.e., a Learning Plan or a Certification? If yes, then the learners will not be visible at a course level since they are enrolled through a higher LO. They will be visible under the Learning Program/Certification Learners tab.
You can verify this by generating a Learner Transcript for that user containing the module level information.
I hope the above information was helpful.
Regards,
Abhijeet
