Using a Learning Plan, I'm looking to assign a Learning Program to a sub-set of users in a specific group. Is it possible to apply two layers or filters to the auto assignments (I see the option to add multiple groups, but it's not clear how this is applied)? All new users are assigned manually to a custom group, and I'd like to use their Profile/job title to assign them to this learning plan. Is that possible? Or can you only assign to the full group?

Yes. Captivate Prime automatically creates 'Groups' based on unlimited profile fields.
A Learning Plan can be set to Occur when - 'A user gets added to a group'. This would include when they get added to a group based on Profile/job title. The Learning Plan can be set to assign a 'Learning Program' to all those who belong to as many 'groups' as are added to the 'Groups' field.

Hi, I am trying to have users automatically entolled to a learning plan based on two conditions: one is their location and the other one is their profile. If either condition is satisfied, then the user should be enrolled. Can you confirm if adding multiple Groups option in the learning plans is considered as and AND (both conditions need to be satisfied) or an OR (one condition is sufficient)?
Many thanks

@MARZIA5F91 , The enrollment criteria serves as an OR operator. If learners are in SALES and ENGINEERING, all users of both user groups would be automatically enrolled through the Learning Plan. Happy learning with Captivate Prime!
