Regarding Adobe Learning Manager reference site (ALM reference site) package for AEM

Community Beginner ,
Nov 23, 2022 Nov 23, 2022

When using this connector is there any documentation on how the User Accounts in AEM map to the user Accounts in Adobe Learning Manager? Is SSO still needed? Is the User Account in ALM automated - so that All accounts in AEM have an account in ALM? Or is bulk upload or sel-service registration still needed? How are AEM logged-in users mapped to their accounts in ALM?

During the package setup, we add all the Authentication Tokens, and all we need is the user's email to pull the data and display it on the AEM Page.

In case you want to use your own SSO to log in to the AEM pages, that is fine. Ultimately we need the email to be passed correctly so that the data can be pulled for that user.

I hope th

Hi @williamh15691115 ,

Glad to hear from you.

I am not sure if this is mentioned in the documentation specifically anywhere, but this is how the entire AEM site is designed. I will request our documentation team to include this information in our AEM articles.
