Hi Sergio,

As an administrator, please check if the reset module is checked in the Account Setting. Please check the screenshot on how to enable this setting

Please go to Setting on the left side > click General > check Enable in Module Reset Option

Once you enable this setting, Learner gets the Cyclic Arrow when he failed the training and he will reset the progress of the course.

Let me know if you have any other issues.

Regards,

Pranav Jain

Hi Jain,

Thank you for addressing my question.

Yes, the reset module option was checked in the Account Setting.

Yes, I can can see the Cyclic Arrow but, as a functionality, it is good

only when wanting to continue/complete a course.

Our problem is that when I get to the end of a course (regardless of

whether it was passed or not passed), it does not reset. In other words,

I exit it, and then when I go back into it, it is still sitting on the

last screen.

We are currently using PRIME for demoing our courses. So, when we finish

taking a client through the courses, we need to be able to reset them

for the next client. At the moment they are stuck at the last screen as

said and the only way is to re-load new courses and delete the existing

ones, which is not very efficient.

Hope you can help us.

Kind Regards,

SG
