Hello All,
I have a Learner that failed the exam at the end of their Course. Before allowing the Learner to retake the exam, they are requiring that the Learner complete all of the instructional material again. I know the Admin > Reset Modules function will not apply to Modules that are completed, so is there another way to reset the Modules that have already been completed?
In the Admin > Courses > Settings > General, I see an option for Multiple Attempts (currently toggled off). Does anyone know the effect this setting has on the Learner/Instructor experience?
Thank you in advance for any guidance provided!

Hi @chrisb31732424,
Thank you for contacting Adobe Learning Manager Team.
In Adobe Learning Manager we can not revert/reset any content that is already completed.
So in your situation, we can not make a user re-take any content that is already completed in a course.
You can however add the same content in a different course and the user can retake the same.
Kindly let me know if any further assistance is required.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Regards,

In the 6 weeks since posting this question, we have taken to duplicating the Course and pushing the Learner through it, which is a clunky workaround by any standard.
The ability to reset individual Modules after completion has been fundamental to every LMS we have used ourselves, or even tried out during our decision making process for a new LMS. Given Adobe Learning Manager's price point, we never considered that this wouldn't be something Adobe, the supposed leader in eLearning, would have identified as important for its customers. Shame on us for assuming Adobe has the fundamentals covered, and we're certainly paying the price for it in our headless LMS development.
The poor experience we have had with Adobe LM has revealed just how far behind other LMS providers Adobe actually is, and it is baffling to all involved.
