Adobe Employee ,
Nov 15, 2024 Nov 15, 2024

I'm enrolled in acourse which is retired.

The course says explicitly to not take that course, and instead take another one  which i have completed.

How do I clear the overdue one?

@VeryLou,

Thank you for contacting the Adobe Learning Manager Team.

I would recommend contacting your account administrator to help you unenroll from this retired course.

The retirement of a course only prevents new enrollments, but whoever is already enrolled needs to follow the course deadlines. That is why you are getting the overdue notice.

Kindly reach out to your account admin to get you unenrolled from the course, so that you do not get the notifications further.

I hope this helps
