There is a sample course in the platform called Business Communications (Sample Course). It will not move beyond module three when I'm signed in as a Learner.

I'm trying to go through the entire sample course to get an idea how to build my own. But I cannot get past this module.

Hi There,

You are looking into the course settings. You need to go to Author > Module Library and select the module causing issue and check the completion criteria.

Regards,

Mayank

Hi There,

Greetings...!

Can you please check the Completion Criteria settings for this module? If it is set to 100% then you may need to view all the slides completely. Looks like you may have skipped few slide using the Fluidic player progress bar.

Regards,

Mayank

Hi Mayank.

Since I did not build the course I did not try to modify any settings on the course (before submitting my question/comment in the forum). Nonetheless, after seeing your message I attempted to do as you suggested. But as the screen shot shows, the Completion Criteria is not visible to me.

Thank you, Mayank. That change allowed me to move beyond that particular module. Your help is appreciated.
