Why do some table of content items have a question mark?

I have created a short course and when I view the ToC in Captivate Prime, two of the eleven content items show a question mark next to them.

What does this mean and how can I remove them?

Looks like that is an Adobe Presenter Module, and the 'Question Mark' indicates a quiz question slide.

Thank you for your help. That seems plausible, but they are all the same slide type (as far as I know). I don't have any question slides in there, and even more peculiar is that each time I re-save and re-publish the ? symbols move to different slides. It seems to be random. Is there anything I can do to check the slide properties to see if there's some odd setting that would cause this to appear?
