I've updated both After Effects Beta and Media Encoder but AME will not add my composition to the queue. The program opens up when I prompt it to render, but nothing appears in the queue. It was working fine yesterday.

So apparently there is a "view" or a shortcut that hides your queue. Not sure why this feature exists, but at the top of the page you can click the hamburger and set "Reset to Default Workspace" and could see all my renders again. So annoying.
