In the first screen shot from the Premiere Beta there's an image of a man with the title "Catalyst".
The sequence is named MP2002H033C00GN1D1.
In the second screen shot from Media Encoder, the guy has been replaced with a woman, still with the same sequence name and the title "Catalyst".
Media Encoder (or Premiere) is exporting/importing the wrong reference to the underly jpg image file.

Yep, worked it out. I had to enable the feature in Media Encoder too. So, all across the beta of Premeire, After Effects + Media Encoder.
