Can't render from Photshop (Beta) Adobe Media Encoder Greyed Out

I can't seem to export my animation through Photoshop beta. When I go to export the file as a video the Adobe Media Encoder is greyed out. I have installed adobe Media Encoder but I still can't select this option.
