NVidia Hardware Acceleration Unavaliable for VBR 2-Pass

Yesterday, before the most recent Beta dropped, I was able to use hardware encoding on a video with VBR 2-Pass. This new update gives me an error and says my system does not support hardware encoding for the following settings. Changing the setting to VBR 1-Pass allows for hardware encoding, even though my system can obviously handle 2-Pass just fine. What gives?

Thank you for letting me know this. Do you know if 2-Pass will be supported in the future? I'm sure a lot of content creators looking to make high quality videos would love this feature to be added.
