adobe animate cant open media encoder

When I try to export a project, the process bar of the video uploading to media encoder is stuck at 60%, and when I manually try to open the app, which is installed, nothing happens. How do I make it so that I can actually export projects? Thank you.

Which version of Adobe apps aere you using?

Does it export fine with Adobe Animate?

I am having the same issue stops at 60%:

Mac Big Sur 11.2.3

I am having the same exact issue. From Adobe Animate, generating video in Media Encoder stuck at 60%. I have the M2 16g so it is not a memory issue. Any advice on how to get this working, using the latest Adobe Version as of August 16 2021.
