Adobe Media Encoder 2025 2nd Pass Rendering

Just updated to Premiere and Encoder 2025.  When rendering a video out using Media Encoder, the "2nd" pass never "seems" to complete.  In other words, as you observe the progress of the rendering in the small window (and rendering timeline), visual progression seems to freeze or stop half way through the process.

HOWEVER.... in looking at the location where the video was rendering to, the finished video did complete, and looks fine.

Is this a BUG?  the normal behavior previously allowed the 2nd rendering pass to be viewed, and the rendering amount of time would constantly update.  I've done several videos, and the issue was same for both.
