Adobe Media Encoder: encoding setting for Audio R128

Hi there
Does anyone know what version of the Media Encoder one needs to be able to set the encoding setting for Audio R128?

I have the Master Collection CS 6, but cannot find this setting.

Is my version not able to or am I just not looking in the right spot?
