LATEST

UPDATE:  I uninstalled latest versions and installed previous versions of PP and AME and it worked.

Didn't work: restarting computer and exporting straight out of Premiere Pro with most updated version.

The project I was working with is a podcast where I take some graphics, different video recordings (often different fps and resolutions), and arrange them all inside of the frame for the duration of the roughly hour long episodes. This has worked fine before the latest update with 40min avg. exporting time.

Hopefully that helps others who come by here.
