Adobe media encoder freezing

I am working on a videography project using after effects 23.0 and adobe media encoder 23.1. My PC specs are an intel i7 9700 CPU, Nvidia 3060ti GPU, 32 GB ram, and 2 TB SSD. I'm rendering in adobe media encoder using the h.264 high quality 2160p 4k preset with rendering set at maximum depth and maximum render quality turned on. I have tried purging my after effects cache and media cache database, rendering in all mercury playback engines, and changing encoding settings performance from hardware to software. Nothing works, each time my whole computer will freeze at a random point in the render and the only way I can use my PC is by restarting my computer. This problem has been going on for quite a while now and it is costing me time and money as I am unable to produce videos for my clients. Please help.

I am sorry to hear that. Do you have specific plug-ins installed? What operating system are you on? Would you be able to share a small portion that illustrates the issue?

Windows and I used a plugin called crates light wrap (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_DBn0iTNeHM&t=61s) which works fine. There isn't really anything I have to show that illustrates the issue. I just try to do a render and it crashes. I did change my setting from the high-quality 2160p 4k preset to the youtube 2160p preset and actually got a render out last night so I think this is just a computer issue and my PC wasn't strong enough to make the video at that setting. The change in settings reduced the file size from 3 GB to 1.5 GB.

Can you try to disable it and see if the issue goes away? Would you be able to share the media?
