Adobe Media Encoder version 23.2 Release Note details?

The release notes for AME 23.2 state the following:

Fixed an issue affecting H.264 and HEVC or H.265 exports on Windows with Adobe Media Encoder 23.1.

Could someone at Adobe explain what those issues were that should now be fixed?
