AEGP Plugin AEDynamicLinkServer: Adobe Media Encoder is not installed error.

I'm trying to export to Media Encoder from After Effects and I get this error. As you can see, I have all of the latest versions of the software. The only thing that has changed recently is that my OS has been updated Sierra. Any ideas?
