AME out of sync MP4

I can see the right previews (in AE and Premiere) and the audio its ok. But as soon as i want to export in Media Encoder the background music channel its ok, but the voice its like 2 seconds late. I tried almost everything but still cant get a good MP4 render. Any advice?

We're sorry to hear about this. We can get this checked. Please send us a detailed screenshot of the export settings window. Also, have you tried setting Performance to Software Encoding (Video tab > Encoding Settings > Performance) and checked if it's exporting properly?
