I am starting my own thread because there have been no responses to other threads I am following. In the last day, AME has stopped working for me. Here are the details:

I can export PP sequences one at a time from PP but when I add them to the queue for AME it gets stuck on "Reading XMP.

I am running PP and AME 14.3.2 running MAC OS Mojave 10.14.6. I can't upgrade to Catalina.

I already tried:

Restarting.

Holding the shift key when opening AME.

Changing the MPE from GPU to Software.

Downgrading to previous version of AME.

Unchecking "Import sequence natively" in AME.

Unchecking XMP export from PP.

Unchecking all XMP/Metadata options in AME.

I have absolutely NO markers in my PP project.

I need to be able to "batch export" by sending mulptple sequences to AME and I need to be able to use PP while AME exports. Please help.

I also tried:

Creating a new project and importing the old project into that and exporting.

When I try to Import the project to AME directly, AME only finds one of the sequences in the folder I need (Out of five). The encoding of the file fails.

Is there someone at Adobe that can get back to me? This is seriously interrupting my work and I have clients waiting.
