Hey there!

I have AME 13.1 (Build 173) running on a Win Server 2019 DC 1809 VM w/ 8GB memory and having some issues with an additional second of audio glitch added to the end of some exported audio files (like a repeat).

The source files are WAV and exporting to MP3 with loudness correction.

Do you have any idea on how to fix this?

Thanks

Andy

Hi Andy,

Thanks for reaching out. Ideally, the playback should not get affected just because of transcoding from one format to another. We'll need to check all the factors to figure out what has happened.

  • Which application have you used for loudness correction?
  • Which application are you using to check the playback?
  • Did you test any other audio file?

Let us know. We're here to help.

Thanks,

Shivangi

If you change the presets to custom settings you always risk fouling something up. Your audio adjustments should all be completed before you send any file out for final render. It is a very poor workflow to try and make adjustments later even if you are an expert at compression and formats.
