Can I loop a video with Adobe Encoder?

I was wondering if I can loop a video with adobe encoder?

A video file by itself doesn't loop. Playback software can automatically play a video again once it has ended. But there is no flag or setting in a video to make it "loop."

But why then, when setting live wallpaper, the video plays only one loop?

I don't know where this "live wall paper" is, or what program or OS you are using, but there is likely a setting/option to allow it to loop.
