When I export video with media encoder 2023, no matter what preset is used, as long as the rendering is in the Chinese folder, it will export 24bit non-playable video.
There currently is one known issue with exporting mp4 files with non-ascii characters. Can you retry by just using ASCII and see if the issue goes away?
