Thanks for reaching out. I understand you get an error every time you try to launch Adobe Media Encoder. I researched this error and found this article: Error: "The directory '.../Presets' could not be found" | Adobe Media Encoder

This article was written in 2017. I am hopeful for it to work with the latest version.
