HI Everyone....

I am exporting a file at h.264 to mpeg, but need the screen size to still be 1920x1080. Does anyone know how to create a custom setting like that in Media Encoder?

I chatted w/ Adobe and they said there was no way to customize the mpeg 4 settings, even though there is a "custom" option on that setting.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi ConnieV,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to export to 1920 x 1080. It is a limitation with the file format. Please check this article: MPEG-4 - Wikipedia

Thanks,

Vidya.
