After I had trouble with Media Encoder on an older Mac (Macbook Pro 2012), I wanted to reinstall it. However, after I uninstalled ME 15.x (2021), which is the last version running under OSX (10.14 in this case), I cannot reinstall it. Creative Cloud tells me that the current version (23.x) is not compatible with Mac OSX but there is no option to install the compatible 15.x (2021) version again.
This is a big problem because other apps that I'm working with (e.g. Character Animator) rely on this version of ME to export files.
The Adobe website claims that "major versions" of their apps would still be available for download but if I click 'More actions' > 'Other versions', no older versions of ME appear. Also the the wensite don't offer this version for download. Can CC not be used on older Macs any more?
Is there any possiblity to install Media Encoder 15.x without downloading it from some shady websites and keep CC running on older Macs?
Have something to add?
