Encoder freezes when trying to convert lob's to h264.

When i try to convert vob's into mp4's (h264) in Media Encoder the softwares freezes right at the beginning. Any ideas why this is happening?

Thanks for writing in. We'll need more information to troubleshoot the issue.

• Which version of AME are you using?
• What are your system details(OS version, RAM, GPU, etc)?
• Does it happen only when you convert VOB to MP4?
