Essential graphics are rendered incorrectly (transparency -> red)

Hi I rendered a short clip in premiere directly as well as through media encoder and somehow mediaencoder is rendering the essential graphics completly wrong. Settings are exactly the same also tried software only and open cl but nothing changes? Does anyone has an idea what that issue may be? Its not happening with all essential graphics and if I hide the graphic the export is also fine.

on the left is the Media encoder export on the right the Premiere export. Colors, postion of the lines and visibiltiy of certain objects( top bar) are not matching. I'm using Premiere and mediaencoder 14.3 on mac.
