Export Error

I'm trying to use media encoder to export a video ,but this error showed up and I don't know how to fix this issue. I try exporting a few times and redo the clip at the timecode shown but still error.

I see that you mentioned that you redid the clip at the timecode. What do you mean by that? Do you have any effects on that clip and did you remove them and try your export? What happens when you set in and out points just around that clip and try and export? Or even try a render and replace of that clip?
