Exporting GIF red dots glitches

Hello,

I have a problem when exporting some animated gif with media encoder. Sometimes, on some sizes, I have some red dots appearing on some colourd. I've tried different settings but could not find a solution. I'm 100% it's coming from the media encoder exportation, because if I export the file in H264 this does not happen.

Any idea on how to fix that ?

Thanks by advance !

Hi Spolin,

This is something new for me. The red dots on the gif seem like an issue with the graphics card(may be).

Could you share your system info(OS, RAM, GPU, etc)?

Are you editing the file in any other Adobe software?

Please share more details. We'll look into this.

Regards,

Shivangi

Try turning off Hardware encoding in the export settings.
