Hello, I'm running OS X El Capitan and for a few weeks, Media encoder has stopped working properly: the program starts correctly, but does not add items to the queue when exporting from After effects. I uninstalled Media Encoder and now I cannot install any Media encoder. 2018 version does not appear as an option to install anywhere (neither in the Adobe Creative Cloud app nor on the Adobe website) and later versions are not compatible with my OS.
Any idea how I can install Media Encoder 2018?
