I do have Adobe Media Render Queue but After Effect keep says I need to install it

Hi there!

I have a problem with exporig After Effect  Media Encoder Queue.

Like the picture I've downloaded below, I do have Adobe Media Encoder Queue but After Effect keep says I need to install it.. So I've deleted and installed Media Encoder several times to get fixed, but it wont work. 

Also I tried to collect files from(Files- Dependencies - Collect File) to finish my work from other PC.. but it keeps fail to send the folder made from the way I wrote above(Files- Dependencies - Collect File). 

PLZ.. help...😭

Thanks for writing in. Dynamic link works only if the version of the applications are in sync.

Which version of AE and AME have you installed?
